电磁炉标准机械防护要求缺陷分析
Analysis on the Defects of Mechanical Safety Requirement in
Induction Cooker Standard
摘要 针对多起电磁炉爆炸事故,利用横向一致性比较法,分析了电磁炉现行标准的缺陷。首先,构建横向一致性比较方法论,论证该方法所获得的结论是可信的。然后,对事故中的危险因素进行识别,指出现行的电磁炉强制性国家标准中的机械防护要求存在缺陷,其技术要求、安全警示信息的提供与目前普遍的安全防护水平存在差距;相关认证实施条例对电磁炉生产装配过程中的质量控制要求也存在不足。最后,提出了相应的修补建议,以发挥标准的良好工程规范作用。

Abstract Based on the reported explosion accidents relating to induction cooker, by
using the Contemporaneous Uniformity Comparison Method(CUCM),this paper analyzed
the defect of mechanical safety protection requirement in current induction cooker
safety standard. At first, the methodology of CUCM was constructed and it was
concluded as reliable. Then, after identifying the hazard in the accidents, with CUCM,
the paper concluded that comparing with contemporary standards, there were some
defects in the current safety standard of household or similar use induction cooker,
either in technical requirement or safety warning. In addition, it was also concluded
that there was defect in the detail technical quality control requirement of
manufacturing in certification regulation. Finally, some suggestions were presented as
amendment of the defects in the standard in order to keep the standard as good a
guidance of engineering practice in product safety.
