镍锌铁氧体/炭黑填充环氧树脂基吸波性能研究

摘要 以环氧树脂为基制备了Ni-Zn铁氧体/炭黑双层结构复合材料吸波平板,由具有良好阻抗匹配的表面层、高吸收层组成(总厚度控制在6 mm之内)。采用矢量网络分析仪对其在4~18 GHz频段内的吸波性能进行了测试。结果显示,随炭黑质量分数的增加,吸收层的吸波性能呈上升趋势,在炭黑质量分数达到35%时,在4.2 GHz处出现吸收的峰值,此时,优于-6.00 dB的有效频宽为5.8 GHz。

Abstract In this paper, Ni-Zn ferrites and carbon black(CB) were used as absorbent in
the matching layer and the absorbing layer, respectively, and epoxy resin was used as
the matrix (the total thickness of 6 mm in control). The absorbing property was tested
in the frequency range of 4~18 GHz by network analyzer. The results showed that,
with the increasing mass fraction of CB, the absorbing capability was on the rise.
When the CB mass fraction was up to 35% , its maximal absorption peak is at 4.2 GHz
The effective absorption bandwidth could reach 5.8 GHz while the reflection loss is
lower than -6 dB.
