Abstract 2009 IEC/TC 77 annual meetings were held in Lyon, France in September. The
paper introduces the important discussion content and decisions separately from 
SC 77A, SC 77B, SC 77C and TC 77 group meetings. The maintenance result dates for 
standardization documents have been updated and confirmed, and the following 
focuses and problems also have been put forward and discussed in the meetings.
