摘要 介绍了CISPR 13:2009中为均方根值-平均值（CRMS）检波器规定的限值。选取了代表性的样品，使用CRMS检波器、传统平均值（AV）检波器、新型平均值（CAV）检波器和准峰值（QP）检波器进行电源端子骚扰电压和辐射骚扰场强测量。根据测试结果，提出CISPR 13:2009中针对CRMS检波器规定的限值需要再进行研究。

Abstract This paper introduces the limits for the RMS-Average (CRMS) detector in CISPR
13: 2009. The typical sample's disturbance voltage at the mains terminals and radiated
disturbance field strength are measured with CRMS detector,average detector,average
detector with meter time constant and quasi-peak detector. According to the test 
result, it is necessary to discuss the limits for the RMS-Average detector in 
CISPR13:2009.
