摘要  介绍ISO 10605：2008新版标准中人体ESD模型的分类及表征特性；与2001版相比，新版标准增加了150 pF/330 Ω和330 pF/330 Ω两种放电模块。同时，介绍了新版标准中接触法校准静电枪的内容和最新的勘误单。最后讨论了静电枪的接地方式，指出静电枪的接地线与水平耦合平面直接相连的情况可能并不能达到考核受试设备的效果。

Abstract This article introduces the ISO10605:2008 and its application of the updating 
human ESD model, discharge modes and the selection of discharge network. The 
differences between ISO10605:2008 and ISO10605:2001 are discussed; two 
discharging modules, 150 pF/330 Ω and 330 pF/330 Ω are introduced in the new 
version. And ISO 10605:2008 technical corrigendum 1 is also introduced. Finally, the 
different methods of grounding are discussed; it is found that the situation when 
bonding the grounding cable of ESD gun to horizontal coupling plane cannot reach the
desired effect to examine the device under test.
