Abstract PSE certificate and its testing standard system in Japan are briefly introduced
EMC standard and requirements of PSE certification are analyzed in detail.Such as the
differences between the standard J 55013 and CISPR 13,J 55014-1 and CISPR 14-1、
J 55022 and CISPR 22. How to apply the standards in practice. is also proposed.
