真空触发开关导通瞬间高频脉冲电压的测量

摘 要 文章介绍了一种高压真空触发开关导通瞬间高频脉冲电压的测量方法,并通过构建的测量系统测得了开关导通瞬间的脉冲电压波形;得出真空触发开关导通瞬间会产生频率为纳秒级的电压闪动的结论。

Abstract A method of high frequency pulse measurement of high-voltage triggered
vacuum switch is introduced in this paper. We establish the measurement system and
study the anti-interference measures during the process of the measurement. By use
of the system, a high-voltage nanosecond pulse is obtained when the triggered vacuum
switch is Transmited.And the result illustrates a triggered vacuum switch closure delay
of 400ns between trigger voltage breakdown and the commutation of main gap current.
