摘要 为确保涉密信息系统的安全，提出了光显屏蔽机的概念，创造性地集成了微辐射光学显示装置、微辐射鼠标键盘、信息处理设备和电磁屏蔽体，开发出符合BMB 19—2006和GGBB 1—1999中C级屏蔽效能要求的信息处理终端，解决了屏蔽室不能作为终端电磁防护设备广泛使用和低辐射计算机电磁防护级别不高的难题。

Abstract To ensure the security of secret information systems, the paper proposes the 
concept of light-display shielding device which creatively integrates micro-radiation 
optical display device, micro-radiation mouse and keyboard, information processing 
equipment and electromagnetic shielding body. The shielding effectiveness of this 
information processing terminal can meeting with C-level requirements in BMB 19—2006
and GGBB 1—1999. The problems that shielding room cannot be widely used and that 
micro-radiation computer cannot be compliant with the high-level requirement of 
protection against electromagnetic field can be solved.
