摘要 介绍了国外，主要是欧洲的汽车电子产品认证管理体系及其电磁兼容要求。通过与我国汽车电子EMC现状比较，得出我国现有的汽车电子认证体系尚不能全面考核汽车电子产品的电磁兼容性能，同时提出了建立我国汽车电子电磁兼容标准体系的建议和与新能源汽车相关的一些思考。

Abstract The external certification systems of automotive electronics are briefly 
introduced, especially in Europe. The EMC requirements in different countries are also 
analyzed.To compare with the present situation in China,it can be concluded that the
certification system of automotive electronics in China could not assess the EMC 
performance in the round. Therefore, the opinion that building up EMC standard system 
for automotive electronics in China is proposed. Finally, the consideration about new 
energy vehicles is put forward.
