回归分析在绕组温升测量中的应用

of the Winding’s Temperature Rise
摘要:绕组温升是安全标准中的一项重要指标。GB4943-2001《信息技术设备的安全》中推荐采用画图法来确定断电瞬间的电阻值。但是标准中没有详细说明如何根据若干实测的点正确画出曲线,这样,在实际画图时就容易造成即使对同一组测量点,不同的人也会画出不同的曲线。回归分析是建立在数理统计基础上,用以确定相关变量之间的“函数”关系的一种数学方法。采用回归分析来获得绕组电阻值与时间的关系曲线,比用作图法更容易确定,避免了因人而异的情况。

Abstract:The value of winding’s temperature rise is one of the important guidelines of
the safety standards such as The Safety Standard of the Information and Technology
Equipments. According to the standards, the way of picturing is recommended to judge
the value of the resistance at the moment the electricity is being off. But it doesn’t
give a detailed explanation how to correctly draw a curve using the spots measured
actuary. Therefore, it is easy to get different curves by different people even if using
the same measured spots. The regression analysis is a mathematic way based on the
mathematical statistics to obtain the function of the interrelated variable. Using the
regression analysis is easier to obtain the winding resistance value than the way of
using picturing. And it avoids different results form different people.
