Analysis and Elimination of Electromagnetic Interference of
Ammunition Transmission Control System
摘 要 对某弹药传送控制系统工作异常中断的故障现象进行了分析,并通过测试明确了故障原因是由于开关动作产生的尖峰干扰使控制计算机重启。通过增加续流二极管、调整续流二极管的接法及增大滤波电容容量等措施解决了干扰问题,并通过试验验证了该措施的有效性。

Abstract The reason why an ammunition transmission control system was interrupted
was analyzed. According to the test results of the system, the cause of reboot of the
control computer was due to pinnacle pulse during the switches acting. The fault was
resolved by adding an FWD, adjusting the connection of the FWD and increasing the
capacity of the filtering capacitance etc. The validity of these measures was proved
through testing.
