摘要 用FDTD-PSPICE混合方法研究了电磁辐射对印制电路板（PCB）上电路的作用模型，给出了混合方法实现流程，并分析了通用等效电路。在FDTD与PSPICE之间的快速混合仿真中，得出了一个实际放大器电路的仿真结果，并对仿真结果与实测结果误差产生的原因进行了分析。分析结果表明，FDTD-
PSPICE比PSPICE软件的计算结果更接近实际情况，且减少了编程工作量。

Abstract PCB model using FDTD-PSPICE hybrid method was researched.The process of
hybrid method was given and the universal equivalent circuit was analyzed.In the fast
simulation by combing the FDTD program and PSPICE software, an example of a
practical amplifier was proposed. The simulation results of this amplifier showed that
FDTD-PSPICE method could meet the actual result more precisely than PSPICE done
and could reduce programming workload.
