摘要 结合家用和类似用途器具耦合器的产品结构和实际使用情况，从促进产品发展与国际标准接轨、提高产品安全性角度，着重技术性修改、具体条款要求等方面，对新版家用和类似用途器具耦合器标准GB 17465.1—2009进行解读。

Abstract Combining with the structures of the appliance couplers and the actual 
working condition, the standard GB 17465.1—2009 concerning the appliance couplers 
for household and similar general purposes is analyzed from different aspects, such as 
keeping in line with the international standard to promote the development of the 
appliance couplers,improving the safety of products,and emphasizing on the technical
amendments and the requirements of the clause.
