Abstract According to the CTL Decision Sheet DSH 0743,the requirements in standards
used to test the self-ballasted LED lamps are concluded, such as lamp cap test, test 
for protection against electric shock, cap temperature rise test, insulation material test, 
fault condition test, construction test, and the test for photobiological safety of lamps 
and lamp systems.
