羰基铁与炭黑共混制备吸波涂层的研究
Study on the Preparation of Microwave Absorbing Coating
Employing Carbonyl-iron and Carbon Black
摘 要 以聚氨酯清漆(PU)为基体,制备了以羰基铁(CIP)和炭黑(CB)为吸收剂的微波吸收涂层。在8~18 GHz频率范围内,使用弓形法测量其反射损耗,分析了涂层的阻抗匹配情况,并采用不同吸收剂共混来提高吸波性能。所制备的涂层中,成分质量比(CB: CIP: PU)为0.1:3:1,厚度为1.1 mm,有效反射损耗(优于-4 dB)的频宽达到了4.3 GHz(12.1~16.4 GHz)。

Abstract The microwave absorbing coatings have been prepared employing carbonyl-
iron powder (CIP), carbon black (CB) as absorbents, and polyurethane varnish (PU) as
matrix. The reflection loss (RL) of absorbing coatings have been measured in the range
of 8~18 GHz via the arch method, the impedance matching of the coatings has been
analyzed, and also the absorbing properties have been improved by mixing different
absorbents. For the sample with the mass ratio (CB: CIP: PU) of 0.1:3:1 and 1.1 mm
thickness, the effective bandwidth (RL below -4 dB) achieved 4.3 GHz (12.1~16.4 GHz).
