Abstract A brief introduction of the changes in new edition of GB 14023 comparing with 
the previous edition was given.Then,the impact of the new edition of GB14023 on test 
technology was explained in detail through analysis on respects of test technique 
improvement, the set up and measurement methods. It could be a guide for the test 
launch of radio interference of vehicles and boats.
