摘要 详细介绍了电信设备的OFTA认证，技术标准及本地认证机构。根据实际申请过程中的经验,阐述OFTA认证机构、标签使用、认证流程，以及与CE认证的关系。

Abstract In this paper, the OFTA certification, technical standard and local certification 
body for telecom equipment are introduced in detail. According to the experience of 
applying, the author shows that how to apply the OFTA certification and describes the 
relationship between CE and OFTA.
