摘要 介绍了《电磁兼容标准实施指南（修订版）的出版背景，与1999年9月第1版的主要差别；总结了修订版信息量大、重视基础、强调国际国内相关标准的新动向等特色；最后对重点章节的核心内容进行了阐述。

Abstract The background of the book “Implementation Guide of EMC Standards(Revised
Edition)” published in December 2010 are introduced. The main differences between 
current edition and the first edition are compared as well. The characteristics of the 
current edition such as informative, fundamental and keeping up with latest standards 
are concluded. Finally, the cores of important chapters are presented.
