摘要  从汽车电子零部件的测试项目。测试方法及测试装置等方面，对福特公司汽车EMC新标准EMC-CS-2009.1《电气/电子部件及子系统的电磁兼容性（EMC）要求》进行分析解读，最后给出新标准对实验室相关测试能力的新要求。

Abstract The present situation and development of electrical vehicle standards such as
IEC, ISO, EN, GB are introduced in detail. The existing problems of domestic electric 
vehicle standard are proposed based on the difference analysis between international
standards and domestic standards. Finally, the opinions on electric vehicle technology
legislation and standardization are put forward through analysis of present situation in
China.
