缝隙对金属网屏蔽效能的影响

摘要 金属网由于具有通风、采光等明显优势而在电磁屏蔽工程中得到广泛利用。文章从理论计算和实验两方面比较、分析了铜网的屏蔽效能以及缝隙对其屏蔽效能的影响。不同尺寸的缝隙对铜网的屏蔽效果的影响不同,当缝隙较长时,极大地降低了铜网的屏蔽效能。

Abstract Metal wire mesh has been extensively used in electromagnetic shielding
projects for its attractive advantages of ventilation and delighting. In this paper,
electromagnetic shielding efficiency (SE) of copper wire mesh(CWM) is discussed and
the influence of slit on the copper wire mesh upon the SE is mainly analyzed by
theoretical calculation and experimental analysis. It was observed that different slits
have obvious different effect on the SE. While the slit was relatively larger, the SE was
weakened greatly.
