Abstract The applicability and measurement system specification of SAR evaluation 
method for wireless communication equipment used in close proximity to the human 
body were introduced. The SAR assessment agreements were explained, including 
preparation of human tissue-equivalent liquid and system,preparation of DUT,multiple
SAR measurements using a single-charge battery, setup position of the DUT in relation
to the phantom, test frequencies, tests to be performed, measurement procedure, 
procedures for testing of DUTs with simultaneous multi-band transmission and post
-processing.
