摘要 介绍GB 9254—2008中有关电信端口传导骚扰测试网络ISN的要求，对其作用和指标参数要求进行了分析，对其中LCL 参数和测试原理进行了阐述； 对使用不同ISN 测试产品的电信端骚扰电压所得到的曲线和数据进行了比对，得出不同ISN的LCL值导致了测试结果的差异。

Abstract The requirements of ISN for telecommunication port's conducted disturbance 
testing according to GB 9254-2008 are introduced. The function and the characteristics 
of ISN are analyzed. The longitudinal conversion loss (LCL) of ISN and its testing 
principle are presented. Finally, the curves and data of telecommunication port's 
disturbance voltage by using different ISNs to test the same product and different 
kinds of product are discussed，which can be obtained the different LCL  value of 
different ISNa could cause the  big  difference of test results.
