摘要 着眼两岸认证检测合作的目的和意义，从选择合适合作机构、开展认证技术交流、规范合作流程等方面深入探讨如何开展两岸认证检测合作，并以福建省质检院为例，力求为其他检测机构开展国际认证检测合作提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract Based on the purpose and meaning of certification and testing cooperation 
for both sides of the Taiwan Straits,the development of cooperation is discussed from
choosing appropriate organization,developing communication of certification technology
regulating cooperation procedures, Taking Fujian Inspection and Research Institute for
Product Quality as example, the reference of developing International certification and 
testing cooperation with other organizations is provided.
