磁性涂层碳纤维在吸波材料领域的应用

Microwave Absorption Materials
摘要 通过电沉积技术在碳纤维表面制备了四氧化三铁磁性涂层。测试结果表明:通过电沉积法制备的磁性涂层均匀致密;磁性纤维具有优异的吸波性能,理论计算结果表明,当匹配厚度大于1.7 mm时,其最大损耗均低于-20 dB。这种磁性纤维有望实现复合材料的结构增强和吸波功能一体化。

Abstract: Electrodeposition technique was employed to fabricate Fe3O4 coated carbon
fibers. The results showed that the Fe3O4 films prepared by electrodeposition were
uniform and compact. The theoretical calculation revealed that the as-prepared
magnetic fibers had excellent microwave absorption properties. When the matching
thicknesses were larger than 1.7 mm, the minimum reflection loss were lower than
-20 dB. The magnetic fiber is a promising material which will realize the integration of
structural strength and functionality of composites.
