国内外电磁脉冲标准现状研究

摘要 介绍我国军标GJB-1389A-2005 和GJB-151A/152A-1997 与IEC 61000 系列标准、美军标
MIL-STD-464A 和MIL-STD-461E 中的电磁脉冲标准,对其中的电磁脉冲辐射环境及其时域变化过程、设备电磁脉冲辐射敏感度要求与测试方法进行对比研究,指出我国军标与其他标准之间的差异和不足,为新标准的修订提供参考。

Abstract The standards related to electromagnetic pulse(EMP)are introduced including
the Chinese military standards GJB-1389A-2005 and GJB-151A/152A-1997, IEC 61000
series standards and the U.S. military standards MIL-STD-464A and MIL-STD-461E.The
correlating contents in these standards about the EMP radiated environment and its
evolution process in time domain, electromagnetic radiation susceptibility requirements
and susceptibility measurement for equipments are studied and compared. The
differences and deficiencies between Chinese military standards and other standards
are pointed out in order to provide the reference for following revised standards.
