钕掺杂钡铁氧体聚苯胺复合材料的制备
Preparation of Nd-doped Barium Ferrite Polyaniline Composites
摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法制备了BaNdxFe12-xO19,并用化学氧化法制备了聚苯胺- BaNdxFe12-xO19复合物。对制备的聚苯胺- BaNdxFe12-xO19复合物通过XRD、红外光谱和透射电镜等进行了表征,通过测定产物在磁性条件下的沉淀时间对其磁性进行了初步研究。结果显示:BaNdxFe12-xO19为磁铅石型铁氧体,钕掺杂钡铁氧体的磁性良好,聚苯胺BaNdxFe12-xO19包裹良好,整个粒子呈核-壳结构,直径在55 nm 左右。经复合后,产物沉淀时间增长,磁力降低,在微量掺杂范围内聚苯胺复合物的最佳掺杂比为0.2。

Abstract BaNdxFe12-xO19and polyaniline- BaNdxFe12-xO19 compounds were prepared
by the sol-gel method and the chemical oxidation method, respectively. They were
characterized by XRD, infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy.
Their magnetic properties were preliminarily studied by the precipitation time. The
results showed that BaNdxFe12-xO19 was magnetoplumbite ferrite and was wrapped
well by polyaniline. magnetoplumbite / polyaniline composites presented the core-shell
structure with 55 nm in diameter. In addition, the magnetism of composites decreased
with the precipitation time increase. The optimal Nd-doped amount was χ=0.2 .
