The Design of a Program Controlled High-voltage Nano-second
Pulse Generator
摘要 研制了一种8 kV 等级的高压触发放电开关,基于该触发开关设计了一种小型化、程控双指数波高压电磁脉冲源。利用PSpice 软件仿真分析了开关杂散参数对输出波形的影响,分析了陡化电容的作用和最优参数,优化了电路设计,实验装置的实测峰值达到8 kV、前沿小于2.8 ns。

Abstract An 8 kV high-voltage trigger discharge switch is developed. Based on this
switch, a programmable high-voltage double-exponential pulse generator is designed.
The influence of resistance and inductance of switch on output pulse and the best
parameters of capacitor are analyzed through PSpice simulation. According to the
analysis results, optimal designs for the pulse generator are carried out. The
measured peak value of the experimental device reaches 8 kV, and its rise time is
within 2.8 ns.
