Abstract The certification requirements of CE, FCC and IC are described on mobile 
phone which is going to be placed on Europe, US and Canada markets. The detail 
information of which should be aware in documents prepared for certification are 
illustrated to help mobile phone manufacturers understand clearly such as block 
diagram, circuit diagram, test report, charger report, and product manual.
