Abstract In Australia and New Zealand, the compliance mark will be changed. The RCM 
requirements of electrical and electronic devices, vehicles and devices with internal-
combustion engines are introduced. The electromagnetic compatibility regulatory 
arrangements and electromagnetic compatibility compliance arrangements of devices in 
Australia and New Zealand are detailed. The RCM mark is introduced as well including 
the symbol, suppliers identification, and methods of application.
