摘  要  文章主要介绍国际无线电干扰特别委员会(CISPR)的背景、工作程序及业务范畴。在CISPR上海会议（2004.9.6～2004.9.17）之际，供会议代表与国内同行了解CISPR，以便更积极参加其活动。

Abstract  The background, working procedure and scope of business of International
Special Committee on Radio Interference (CISPR) are presented in this paper. During
the CISPR Shanghai Meeting, the paper is provided for delegates and colleagues in
order to understand the organization and take part in CISPR’s activities.
