摘要 对铁路通信及控制系统抗雷击浪涌试验标准进行了分析，并根据被测设备的无线传输功能，在TB/T 3074-2003 的基础上补充应用了无线通信基站设备的浪涌标准，最后对铁路通信设备抗雷击浪涌试验方法提出了改进建议。

Abstract The surge immunity test standard for railway communications and control 
system was analyzed and explored. According to the wireless transmission functions of 
the equipment under test, the surge protection standard of radio communication base 
station was additionally applied combined with TB/T 3074-2003. Consequently, the 
improvement suggestions were put forward on the railway communication equipments 
surge immunity tests.
