Abstract The electromagnetic compatibility standard of YD/T 1312.13 for mobile terminal
power supply were concluded, including the appeal of establishing this standard, the 
significance and content of the standard,and the differences from corresponding foreign
standards. The scope of applicability, radiated emission test, conducted emission test
transient conduction test, radiated immunity test, some new additional contents and
corresponding requirements weree analyzed and interpreted.
