摘要 基于对测试场地、测试设置、试验条件和限值的分析，通过对比通信设备NEBS 与CE 认证的辐射骚扰测试和传导骚扰测试的要求，总结了NEBS 与CE 认证中测试机构、引用标准依据和EMI 测试严苛程度的异同。

Abstract Based on the analysis of test sites,test setups,test conditions and limits,the
radiated and conducted emission requirements of NEBS certification are compared with
those items in CE certification. Finally, the differences between these two types of 
certification are summarized from their executive bodies, quoted standards and 
severities.
