智能高压开关设备电磁兼容性试验模型研究

摘要 智能电子装置是高压开关设备智能化的基本单元,智能高压开关设备的电磁兼容性主要表现为智能电子装置的电磁兼容性。由此引入了试验端口概念,定义了智能电子装置的试验端口,建立智能电子装置电磁兼容试验模型。从保证试验有效性角度提出了智能电子装置电磁兼容性试验四要素,并讨论了实施型式试验和现场试验的条件。最后,将该模型与国家电网公司即将发布的企业标准做了比较分析,从试验完整性角度提出了完善试验项目的建议。

Abstract Intelligent electronic device (IED) is a basic unit of intelligent high voltage
switchgear (IHVS), the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of IED reveals the IHVS-EMC
From this point, IED-EMC test models are established based on the concept of test
ports. Four factors are put forward in order to ensure the validity of test, and a
discussion about conditions between carrying out the type test and the site test is
provided.Finally,a comparison between the IED-EMC test model and company standard
of State Grid Corporation is done. A suggestion for perfecting the test items is also
given to guarantee the integrity of the IED-EMC test.
