嵌入式单机设备电磁兼容性研究

摘 要:针对嵌入式单机设备的电磁兼容性,在传导电磁干扰研究方面,提出电压扰动分析、频域分析、时域分析的电源完整性建模分析方法。在辐射电磁干扰研究方面,提出基于等效偶极子阵的嵌入式单机设备近场辐射建模方法,并采用遗传算法对所建立的目标函数进行优化求解。通过对具有八层板结构的DSP6713_FPGA嵌入式单机设备进行电磁兼容性试验和仿真对比,验证了所提出理论和算法模型的合理性。

Abstract: The electromagnetic compatibility of the embedded stand-alone equipment is
researched. Under the investigation of conducted electromagnetic interference, the
power integrity modeling method was proposed based on voltage interfered analysis,
frequency-domain analysis and time-domain analysis. During the process of surveying
the radiated electromagnetic interference, the near-field radiation modeling method
was proposed based on equivalent dipoles. The genetic algorithm was used to solve
and optimize the objective function. The effectiveness of the theories and algorithms
above were verified by comparing the experiments and simulations of the DSP6713
_FPGA with eight layers.
