含镀锡镍玻璃纤维新型电磁屏蔽涂料的研制

Composite Coating Containing Sn-Ni-coated Glass Fibre
摘要 以镀锡镍玻璃纤维与镍粉为复合填料,以丙烯酸树脂作为粘结剂,按照涂料制备的方法,研制了一种新型电磁波屏蔽复合材料-镀锡镍玻璃纤维/镍粉/丙烯酸树脂电磁波屏蔽复合材料。测试结果表明,其电磁屏蔽效能可达35.082~41.924 dB,并介绍了其主要特点和作用,展望了应用发展的前景。

Abstract: According to the coating preparation method, a new type of electromagnetic
shielding composite material was prepared with Sn-Ni-coated glass fibre and nickel
powders as the composite packing and with acrylic resin as binder. The test results
showed that its electromagnetic shielding effectiveness could be up to 35.082~41.924
dB. Its main characteristics and function were introduced, and its application prospect
was illustrated.
