摘要 归纳大型医疗电气设备的物理特点和EMC 特点，给出不同激励条件和不同测试场地进行EMC 测试时的注意要点，阐述GB 4824 换版的主要变更内容及其对大型医疗电气设备发射测试的影响，最后总结大型设备测试时选择替代方法的原则及进一步研究的意义。

Abstract The physical and EMC characteristics of large medical electrical equipments are
concluded with some attention points respectivelyin EMC tests according to different
power/load conditions and different measurement sites.The main change of GB 4824 in
the new edition and its effect to large medical electrical equipments' emission tests are
put forward as well. Finally, the principle of choosing substitute method for large 
equipments' test is summarized for the further research.
