静电放电发生器校准测量不确定度评定
Estimation of Measurement Uncertainty for ESD Simulator Calibration
摘要 根据IEC 61000-4-2:2008 中放电电压、峰值电流、上升时间、在30 ns 时和60 ns 时的电流等特征参数,对影响静电放电发生器校准结果的不确定度分量进行了来源分析,评定测量不确定度,评定结果满足IEC 61000-4-2:2008 对实验室静电放电发生器的推荐使用要求。

Abstract According to the characteristic parameters such as output voltage, rise time,
peak current,current at 30 ns and current at 30 ns were given in IEC 61000-4-2:2008.
The source of uncertainty were analyzed on the impact of electrostatic discharge
generator calibration results for all components. The measurement uncertainty
estimation of ESD simulator calibration results was given in detail.
