摘要 依据YY 0505，分析医用电气设备和系统对抗扰度测试的基本要求，探讨YY 0505 抗扰度评定准则，给出风险分析评定抗扰度测试准则的流程。最后介绍抗扰度符合性评定准则相关的标准。

Abstract According to the YY 0505, the basic requirements on immunity test in the 
standard are analyzed for the medical electrical equipment (MEE). The procedure of
evaluation on the criterion of immunity test is proposed through risk analysis of MEE.
 Finally,the dedicated standards are listed, which may be help for establishing the 
assessment system for MEE immunity test.
