Abstract The electromagnetic compatibility standard of YD/T 1312.14-201X will be 
released. The significance of establishing this standard, the scope and definition of the 
satellite earth station were introduced. The test conditions for satellite earth stations, 
the assessment method for the transmission performance,the specificity of 
performance criterion, the applicability of radiation harassment and immunity test were interpreted.
