摘要 从多个方面探讨关于出口欧美的LED 灯管的安全要求。简单阐述LED 灯管的定义以及发展现状，重点介绍了出口欧洲和美国的LED 灯管的安全要求，提出了对于LED 灯管制造商的六条建议。最后，呼吁国际有关部门尽早出台针对LED 灯管的政策。

Abstract The safety requirements of double-capped LED going to be exported to Europe
and America are discussed from several aspects. The development of double-capped
LED lamp and its definition are introduced briefly.Based on the current status on safety
requirements of double-capped LED lamp in Europe and America,six of recommendation
are put forward for the manufacturers. Finally,the appeal on unveiling the fresh policy
for double-capped LED lamp is proposed.
