电动汽车轮速传感器信号失真整改
Rectification of Wheel Speed Sensor’s Signal Distortion on Electric
Vehicle
摘要 针对电动汽车轮速传感器信号失真的情况,对驱动电机控制器高压线缆与轮速传感器线束的耦合干扰进行了分析,提出了减小分布电容、屏蔽线束的整改措施。整改后,轮速传感器信号完整、不再失真,解决了信号干扰的问题。

Abstract his paper proposes the wheel speed sensor's signal distortion on electric
vehicle. The coupling interference between drive motor controller high-voltage cable
and wheel speed sensor's harness is analyzed. The rectification method by reducing
distributed capacitance and shielding wiring harness is given. After rectification, the
wheel speed sensor signal is no longer distorted, the signal interference problem is
solved.
