摘要 介绍了TD-SCDMA、WCDMA 和CDMA2000 三种3G 移动电话在我国市场上的进网认证要求。3G 移动电话进网认证检测具有项目类别多、跨越周期长、多部门沟通等特点，从申请资料要求、样机需求、检测项目、证书和标志等几个方面阐述了进网认证注意事项。

Abstract The network access requirements are mainly introduced for 3G mobile phones
with TD-SCDMA，WCDMA or CDMA2000 technology. There are several characteristics 
such as various test items, longer period, and multi-lateral negotiation during the 
measurements for network access. The precautions of network access for 3G mobile 
phone are also discussed in respect of application files, test samples, test items, and 
certificate and logo.
