Abstract From a technical point of view, the regulations of the Russian GOST R 
certification and requirements are introduced, of which the certification authentication
mode and process of GOST R are emphasized. Finally, the precautions of GOST R, as 
well as the testing features of GOST R certification, are illustrated.
