拟合曲线法改进锂离子电池循环老化测试
Improvement of Cycle Ageing Measurement for Li-ion Battery by
Fitted Curve Method
摘要 分析了锂离子电池循环老化引起容量减少的原理及其影响,研究了现有标准中锂离子电池循环寿命的测试方法。针对现有测试方法周期过长的问题,重点讨论了应用曲线拟合的循环寿命测试方法。通过试验验证,表明此测试方法大大缩短了测试周期。

Abstract The principal of capacity fade for Li-ion battery caused by cycle ageing and its
effect are analyzed. The cycle life test methods in current standards for Li-ion battery
are researched. By analyzing the problems of these test methods, which have a long
test period,a new test method using fitted curve method for cycle life test is put
forward.According to the experiment results, the convenience of this method is proven.
