钡铁氧体-MCNT/PPY复合物的制备及性能研究
Research on Preparation and Performance of the BaFe12O19-MCNT/PPY Composites
摘要 用溶胶凝胶法与自蔓延烧结法相结合制得钡铁氧体BaFe12O19,在碳纳米管(MCNT)中掺杂铁氧体获得具有一定吸波性能的磁性碳纳米管材料,并分别掺杂碳纳米管占吡咯单体百分含量的5%、10%、15%,通过电导率等测试研究不同吡咯单体含量对复合材料导电性的影响。最终得到的复合材料性能良好,电导率在10-8-103之间。

Abstract The barium ferrite, BaFe12O19, was prepared through the sol-gel method
combining the self-propagating sintering process. The carbon nanotube(MCNT)
composite material which has certain absorbing properties of magnetic has been
prepared by doping ferrite in carbon nanotubes.The pyrrole with the different contents
of 5%, 10%, 15% carbon nanotubes, was doped into the composite material to
study the influence that characteristics of different degree of polymerization on the
performance of the composite materials through the electric conductivity test. Finally,
the good performance improvement of the nanocomposites was obtained with
conductivity between 10-8~103.
