Abstract The differences between GB/T 5169.5-2008 and GB/T 5169.5-1997 are 
presented in detail and interpreted synthetically. The reason for changing is also 
proposed. It's described that the changes of the main factors for the testing process
may bring different results,affecting the overall conclusions of the judgment.Meanwhile
some guidance suggestions are emphasized in test practice.
