电动汽车电磁辐射干扰整改
Rectification on Electromagnetic Radiation Interference of Electric
Vehicle
摘要 某款电动汽车样车依据GB/T 18387测试时,电磁辐射超标。分析了该车的整车电磁辐射骚扰特性,并制定了在动力线束上安装滤波器、加强壳体屏蔽、增大动力线束屏蔽层密度等整改方案。整改后,样车电磁辐射测试结果符合标准要求。

Abstract The electromagnetic radiation test for an electric vehicle does not conform to
the GB/T 18387.The vehicle's electromagnetic radiation interference characteristics were
analyzed to and formulate a rectification plan. The measures include installing the filter
strengthening the shell's shielding, increasing the density of the shielding layer of the
power wiring harness and so on. After rectification, the electromagnetic radiation test
for the prototype of electric vehicle can measure up to the standard.
