摘  要  剩余电压限值是为了保证电子设备使用中的人身安全性，文章介绍了剩余电压检测的基本情况，主要从剩
余电压与电磁兼容性的相互矛盾性关系出发，提出解决剩余电压超标问题的正确方法。

Abstract  According to the definition and requirement about residual voltage, this
article discuss the following issues: reason of why residual happens, the method of
inspecting the residual, the relationship between the residual voltage and
electromagnetic compatibility, the method to solve the residual voltage exceeding the
requirement of the standards, etc.
