摘要 介绍电动车辆30 MHz以下电场辐射发射和磁场辐射发射的测量方法。以某电动洒水车的实际测量为例,分析其电场和磁场辐射发射严重超标的原因,找到了主要骚扰源—逆变器,并提出对被测车辆加装遮挡和覆盖件等整改措施。整改后,电场辐射发射减少10 dB、磁场辐射发射减少20 dB,为电动汽车的电磁兼容性能优化提供了实践经验。

Abstract The methods of measurement of magnetic and electric field strength for
electric vehicles are introduced. The actual measurement for some electric truck as an
example,it is analyzed that the causes of the test results over the corresponding limits
and then find an main disturbance source - inverter. The correction methods for
suppressing interference are given such as fixing with occluder and cover for shielding.
After correction, the electric field radiation emission is lowered by about 10 dB, and
the magnetic field radiation emission is lowered by over 20 dB.The correlative practical
experience for EMC performance correction of electric vehicle is given.
